Automotive Metal Stamping FAQs

We manufacture precision metal stampings for a broad range of automotive applications, including safety systems, and drivetrain components, as well as electronics, fuel systems and interior/exterior hardware.

We use advanced quality planning, in-die sensing, and press monitoring combined with IATF-certified facilities and 100% inspection for safety-critical components.

Yes. We offer short-run prototypes from production-intent processes, allowing OEMs and Tier suppliers to validate design, performance and manufacturability before ramp-up.

We form standard, specialty and exotic metals with gauges from .002″ to .120″ (0.05 mm to 3.00 mm), including pre-plated, anodized, heat-treated or inlayed materials.

Unlike many competitors, we offer progressive die, deep drawn and multi-slide stamping under one roof. This lets us choose the most efficient process , or combination of processes, for each part, improving quality and lowering total cost.

Yes. All facilities are IATF 16949 certified, and U.S. facilities are ISO 9001 certified.
