Stewart EFI has experienced tool designers and engineers in a variety of manufacturing disciplines including progressive die stampings, deep drawn components, slide forming and value added processes. Our broad range of capabilities allows our tool designers to decide which type of metal stamping process is most cost competitive and best suited for your needs. We utilize the latest technology including AutoCAD, Inventor, Visi CAD, 3D simulation software, 3D printing and rapid prototyping to develop our design concepts. Our approach to new product development includes collaborative discussion with your design team to ensure our cost-effective engineering solutions deliver long-term reliability.
Tool Fabricating
Stewart EFI’s vast in-house tool building capabilities and additional support from pre-qualified outside tool suppliers ensures that the tools are built to highest precision to meet your requirements and guarantees the tooling for the life of the program.
Tool Development and Integration
Our highly skilled toolmakers work intimately with our engineers during the tool development process. This collaborative effort facilitates the development process and allows us to meet the demanding schedules of new product launches.
Post Processing and Packaging
Our Process Engineers work with certified suppliers to ensure attention to detail is considered on post manufacturing processes and final packaging. SEFI understands the importance of the product arriving at your facility on time and in perfect condition.
Project Management
For each new tooling project, Stewart EFI assigns a Project Manager to oversee and manage the APQP activities. This includes time line management, project leadership and interface with customers.
